This website is an enquiry and information channel. It does not publish guaranteed availability, confirmed tee times, final hotel conditions, transfer capacity or binding supplier commitments.

Hotel, golf course, transfer and destination details shown on the website are planning references. The final offer depends on the guest brief, supplier availability, seasonal conditions and the booking documents approved for that specific request.

A request submitted through the website, ARIA chat, email, telephone or another contact route does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is treated as confirmed only when the relevant proposal, payment condition and supplier confirmation process have been completed.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, travel dates, party size, golfer count, room requirements, tee-time preferences, transfer details, flight details when relevant and any special service requirements.

SirGolf Travel may contact hotels, golf courses, transfer companies or other relevant suppliers to check suitability for a guest request. Supplier responses can affect the final itinerary, conditions, timing and service availability.

Proforma documents, payment instructions and confirmation emails are issued according to the approved booking flow. Unless a confirmed document says otherwise, any payment, deposit, balance, amendment or cancellation condition must be read together with the specific proposal or proforma issued for that request.

Guest names, passport details, visa obligations, travel insurance, flight arrangements and personal travel documents remain the responsibility of the guest unless a confirmed written service specifically states otherwise.

Tee times, hotel room types, transfer vehicles, special requests and additional services are subject to operational confirmation. A request for a specific time, room, vehicle or service is not guaranteed until it is confirmed in writing.

Cancellation, amendment, no-show, refund and supplier penalty conditions may vary by hotel, golf course, transfer company, season, group size and service type. The applicable conditions will be confirmed in the proposal, proforma or booking communication for the relevant request.

SirGolf Travel is not responsible for force majeure, supplier service changes, weather disruption, flight disruption, government restrictions, local authority decisions, guest travel-document issues or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
