How Guest And Enquiry Data Is Handled

SirGolf Travel may collect the information needed to understand and respond to a golf travel enquiry, including name, surname, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, destination preference, guest count, golfer count, hotel preferences, golf course preferences, transfer needs and notes shared by the guest.

This information is used to respond to the enquiry, prepare a travel brief, communicate with the guest, check suitable hotel, golf and transfer options, prepare proposals, manage booking communication and keep an operational record of the request.

Where needed for the request, relevant information may be shared with hotels, golf courses, transfer companies, booking partners, technology providers, email providers or professional advisers. SirGolf Travel shares only what is reasonably required for the relevant service or operational purpose.

For international golf travel requests, information may need to be shared with suppliers located outside the guest's country. This is done only where necessary to handle the enquiry, proposal or booking request.

SirGolf Travel does not ask guests to submit card details, passwords, API keys, private access credentials or unrelated sensitive data through public website forms. Such information should not be sent through the contact form or chat.

Enquiry, proposal and booking records may be retained for operational follow-up, service history, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Booking and offer records may be kept for up to five years unless a longer legal retention period applies or earlier removal is legally appropriate.

Guests may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or review of their enquiry information where applicable law allows. Consent-based communication can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

SirGolf Travel uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry and booking information. No public website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, so guests should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Marketing communication, if used, should be handled separately from essential enquiry communication. A guest may submit an enquiry without agreeing to receive unrelated marketing messages.

Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected]. This notice may be updated as the SirGolf Travel operational system develops.
